GodTube, the Christian version of YouTube, is now Tangle. Texas TechPulse reported today:
“Plano-based GodTube.com, a faith-based video sharing site, has renamed itself tangle.com, saying this morning that it is now looking to appeal to audiences looking for family-friendly, safe social networking. Reason for the name change was not given, however, tangle.com said it will be headed by new CEO Jason Illian, and look to allow members to share videos, photos, blogs, music, and more. The firm also disclosed that it has received an investment in 2008 from Dick Kovacevich, chairman of Wells Fargo, who has also joined the company’s board of directors.”
