“Share&Learn is a new collaboration platform where members can share links, resources, ideas, experiences, tips, etc about the use of learning and performance trends, technologies and tools, and learn from one another – both informally and formally! Here are some ways you can make use of it:
You can quickly and easily share thoughts and ideas or ask questions as updates in the Activity stream, which others can reply to. You can also filter the different activity in the stream to just show the updates (or any other type of resource) rather than all the activity on the site.
You can add links in the Links Directory, where others can rate them or comment on them.
You can participate in Groups to have more focused discussions, share resources with group members on specific topics or have a live text chat session. And, if there isn’t already a group set up for a topic you are interested in, then you can easily set one up yourself! Groups can be public (anyone can join) or private (invited members only).
You can also share your knowledge on a topic more formally by activating the Courseware functionality available within a group to manage your own formal course.
Although Share&Learn has been set up so that anyone can view the content that takes place outside the private groups, if you want to contribute and share your own stuff and join the groups, you will need to create an account. You can do so here.
